Study Locations

Use this reference data to describe the locations in the organisation where a learner can study. These may vary from the different campuses, centres, or annexes, through to individual locations in any one centre. The codes are all user definable and users will need to enter those locations which the organisation supports.

A study location can be recorded against each course occurrence in the curriculum model. The actual address of the study location can also be recorded in order that this can be used when writing to learners, with for instance, details of an interview.
